Shipping policy

Free shipping worldwide

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.

Delivery times

The estimate shown at checkout covers both dispatch and delivery, and is specific to your country.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse, followed by a second email with your tracking number once the carrier has generated it — usually within 24–48 hours of the first. Tracking may not show movement immediately after it is issued.

Customs duties and import taxes

For most destinations, duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay. Your order is delivered with nothing further to pay — no customs invoice, no handling fee on the doorstep. Your delivery option at checkout will say "duties & taxes included".

There are 12 countries where we are not able to prepay duties. For orders to these destinations, customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient on delivery, and your carrier may add a handling fee. Your delivery option at checkout will say "customs duties payable on delivery" so you know before you pay:

Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, Brunei, Cayman Islands, Fiji, Guatemala, Iceland, India, Serbia, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey.

If your country is not listed above, duties and taxes are included and you will have nothing to pay on delivery.

Where we ship

If your country is available at checkout, we ship there. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not shipping there at the moment — email hello@stancefitness.co and we can potentially get that changed quite quickly.
