Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and proof of delivery receipt. Once your return is approved, you can ship the item back to us at the address we provide.

Return Shipping

STANCE does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. We will reimburse up to a maximum of £15 towards your return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned sensor. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method. The reimbursement for return shipping costs (up to £15) will be included with your refund.

Requirements

  • Proof of delivery receipt must be provided
  • The sensor must be received at our facility before refunds can be processed
  • Items must be returned in original condition
