What I like about this velocity tracker is that the variations of the exercises are within the app, which compares your velocity of these certain variations which is great for tracking your progression as well as tracking your fatigue levels which helps me schedule deload a at the right time for myself and the athletes I coach.What is also very useful about Stance’s device is that it’s easy and simple to use, does not take up a lot of space at all in my gym bad and has a very long battery lifespan, I didn’t charge it for the first 2 months no issues. If you want to track your progression objectively and monitor fatigue levels in the blink of an eye this is a device to invest in."

Does this work on iOS and Android?

The app only works on iOS at the moment. Android app development is in the pipeline for late 2025.

What exercises does Stance Fitness help me optimise?

Right now we track squat and bench.

We are working on deadlifts at the moment and add that mid 2025.

After that we aim to add more variations (tempo/paused based) and pin-loaded machine exercises.

What can Stance do?
